What items can’t you carry?
We can’t carry illegal, prohibited, or unsafe items. If you’re unsure, tell us what you’re sending and we’ll confirm.
How do I pay for my delivery?
We’ll send an invoice you can pay online, you can pay via the website, or you can pay in person using tap-to-pay on mobile. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can you handle heavy, bulky, or multiple items?
Yes—our Ford Kuga has plenty of space and can handle loads up to 581kg, depending on dimensions and safe loading.
How do I book a courier with DeliverCare?
Email info@delivercare.co.uk with your delivery details. Once you approve the quote, we’ll confirm the booking and dispatch.
What are your operating hours?
We operate from 1:00am until 12:00 midnight, so we can support early-morning, daytime, and late-evening deliveries (subject to availability).
Are you a one-person courier service?
Right now DeliverCare is owner-operated, so you’ll deal directly with the person handling your delivery. As the business grows, our capacity and team will expand to handle increased workloads.
How do I get a quote, and how fast will you reply?
Send your pickup/drop-off postcodes, item size/weight, ready time, and delivery deadline. We’ll get back to you straight away with a clear price we hope you’ll be happy with.
What vehicle do you use, and how much can you carry?
We operate a spacious Ford Kuga and can carry loads up to 581kg (subject to safe loading and item dimensions).
Do you offer proof of delivery (POD)?
Yes—proof of delivery can be provided on request (e.g., recipient name and delivery time).
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes—next-day delivery is available for many UK routes. Send your details and we’ll confirm the best option and price.
Do you provide direct (non-stop) delivery?
Yes—where requested, we can provide direct delivery from pickup to drop-off with no unnecessary stops.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
Yes—tell us your preferred pickup and delivery time windows and we’ll confirm if we can meet them.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes—contact us as soon as possible. If a driver has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of the job.
Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?
We’re based in Milton Keynes and deliver across the entire United Kingdom. Share your pickup and drop-off postcodes and we’ll confirm availability and timings.
