At Delivercare, we prefer payments made via invoice before the delivery day. This ensures your slot is confirmed early, allowing our courier specialists to focus entirely on the careful, time-critical logistics of your delivery.
Step 1 – Quote
You request and agree a bespoke quote for your delivery with our specialist logistics team.
Step 2 – Invoice
Delivercare emails you a formal invoice containing a secure Stripe payment link for immediate settlement.
Step 3 – Pay Online
You pay securely online before the job begins. This removes the need for any on-site handling of payments, keeping our focus on a professional, efficient delivery mission.
Customers can return to the Delivercare website and pay at their own convenience using the provided link, as long as it is settled prior to the delivery appointment.
Cancellation Rules & Fees
We aim to offer total flexibility, but last-minute changes impact our specialized routing and fleet planning:
Standard Refund
40% fee, 60% Refunded
Example: A £200 job = £80 fee, £120 refunded.
- More than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee is charged and any payment made is refunded in full immediately.
- Within 24 hours of job time: A 40% cancellation fee applies to reflect pre-transit planning and capacity management.
Small Jobs (Up to £50)
Flat £10 Fee
Trusted Methods: Pay securely via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Transactions are fully encrypted, ensuring your full card details are never stored on our systems.

The Invoice Payment Process
Delivercare prefers payments made via invoice before your scheduled delivery day. This ensures a smooth, contactless handover on the day.
- Step 1 – You request and agree a quote for your logistics.
- Step 2 – Delivercare emails you an invoice containing a secure Stripe payment link.
- Step 3 – You pay online before the job, avoiding the need for handling payments on the day.
Note: You can still return to the website and pay in your own time using that same Stripe link, provided it's completed before the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
- Agreement: By confirming your booking with Delivercare, you agree to the cancellation terms below.
- Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total job price will apply (for example, an £80 fee on a £200 job). For all jobs up to £50, a £10 flat fee applies.
- Basis of Charge: This fee is a genuine pre-estimate of our loss. It covers the reserved time slot, planning and admin work, and the fact we may not be able to re-book another job at short notice.
- Payment of Fee: Any cancellation fee will be taken from what you’ve already paid. If anything is still owed, it should be paid within 7 days of cancellation.
- Re-booking: If we can fill your cancelled time slot with another booking of similar value, we may reduce or waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
Confirmed Payment Methods: Secure checkout via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All payments are securely processed using industry-leading encryption. We never store your full card details.
